First she mates… then she terminates! The spirit of an ancient goddess possesses the body of a young anthropologist, who then goes on a murderous rampage. The film is a cocktail of violence and not too graphic sleaze with a strange mixture of Indonesian culture - the legend of the South Seas Queen - and inspiration from James Cameron’s hit The Terminator. From the 1970s through the early 1990s Indonesia experienced an economic boom leading to a relaxation of censorship in popular entertainment, resulting in an explosion of low budget exploitation flicks, some made with foreign distribution in mind.
