Bruno Mattei’s Nero and Poppea: An Orgy of Power offers some delicious sleaze. This film has it all: wall-to-wall nudity, orgies, incest, castration, gladiators, lots of lesbian action, full frontal male nudity, rape, weird dancing, whippings, suicide, a muscled-up midget, Christians fed to the lions, cheap sets, tear collecting, decapitation and a lot of insane raving! Rudy Adams is wonderfully over-the-top as the crazy Nero and Patricia Derek is one of the sexiest women ever!
