Are you ready for a Troma musical that is a satire on what goes on behind the scenes at a fast food restaurant? Well here it is. When the American Chicken Bunker, a military-themed fried-chicken chain, builds a restaurant on the site of an ancient Indian burial ground, local protesters aren't the only ones crying fowl! All of the classic Troma trademarks are present here: gratuitous frontal nudity, over the top gore, and politically incorrect humour that is guaranteed to offend everybody. As Lloyd Kaufman, president of Troma, has put it:
„Poultrygeist is a shot by shot exact remake of another slapstick-gore-comedy Schindler‘s List. Just instead of the Jews, we have Chicken Indian Zombies and instead of the concentration camp, we have a far more scarier place, a fast food chicken restaurant.“ Brace yourself for a screening during which blood and delicious egg liqueur will run in abundance.
