Czech horror fans have long ago realised, that if they won’t make horror films themselves, no one else in Czech Republic will. Pioneers of Horror – an anthology of ten short films by various authors organised by the creative duo Josef Blažek and Adela Hrivnáková – is a prominent offspring of this burgeoning amateur scene. Three of these delightful little shockers will open selected festival screenings. From the beginning of March the whole anthology will be accessible on the project’s YouTube channel.
