It can also happen to you! What We Become, an extremely well-made horror film from Denmark, examines the churning emotional dynamics of a nuclear family when they are placed under extreme stress. Set in an ordinary Danish suburb, we watch the Johansson family try to cope with a mysterious epidemic, which turns friendly neighbours into homicidal maniacs. An outbreak sees the military move in and cut off all communication to the outside, isolating people in their homes. As a special feature and in order to prepare members of the audience for such eventuality, the screening in Aero will be subjected to a special quarantine regime.
