A cinematic abomination. Does Slaughtered Vomit Dolls deserve its reputation as a pinnacle of extreme cinema? Yes, absolutely. If it is possible to capture a nightmare on video, then director/screenwriter Lucifer Valentine has found the way. In his film we get to follow the psychological deterioration of a bulimic teenage prostitute as her mind slowly slips away from the real world. Cut with all the enthusiasm of an epileptic seizure, the film is a flat-out visual and aural assault. Violent, gruesome and with its bucket-loads of vomit, SVD is not for everyone. Witness the birth of a new film genre: vomit gore. Entering the theatre you will be issued your own barf bag. Have it ready.
