In recent years, fewer and fewer institutions are warning our youth about the dangers of marijuana, the deadly scourge of humanity. Searching for a film that would introduce the menace of addiction to the shockproof audience, we had to reach back to a 1936 title. The anti-drug classic, known under various titles such as Tell Your Children, The Burning Question or Reefer Madness is presented in colorized version and under our own title that we have adapted to the vocabulary of today’s youth, i.e. Mary Jane Inhales. The educational screening will be translated into Czech live from stage by our trusted addictologist Kafilerie Zawadská and her loyal colleague, low-threshold outreach worker Immanuel Lubrikant. High time to brush up on your Czech!
